MUST come prebraided flat. Drop off wig at least 24 hours in advance if it’s new. Used wigs must be completely clean and dried with no old glue. A $20 charge will be added if it’s not clean. PLEASE UNDERSTAND the quality of your wig will reflect the quality of the install. If anything is wrong, I will communicate it with you
